Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — no card, no trial clock, no expiry. Free gives you one workspace for one person: plan your content, connect a social account, and publish or schedule posts up to a monthly cap. What it doesn't include is the client side of the workflow — shareable review links with pin comments and timestamped video feedback — plus the Ideas Hub and the higher limits. See the comparison table above for the exact numbers.
What happens to my work if I stay on Free — or downgrade back to it?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you created stays visible and editable; Free limits only stop you from creating new items beyond the cap. Upgrade whenever you're ready and your existing workspaces, calendars and content carry over untouched.
What happens after the $1 trial ends?
After 14 days, your plan automatically continues at the regular monthly price. You'll get an email reminder before the trial ends so there are no surprises. If you decide YSH isn't for you, cancel before the 14 days are up and you won't be charged anything more.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No credit card is needed to create your account. You only enter payment details when you start the $1 trial or upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I switch plans after I've started?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade and you get access to the higher limits immediately — we prorate the difference. Downgrade and the change kicks in at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?
We'll let you know before you hit your limit. You can add extra clients or seats as add-ons, or upgrade your plan. We won't cut off your access without warning.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period — no awkward cancellation calls, no hoops to jump through.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — paying annually saves you 2 months compared to monthly. Switch to annual billing anytime from your account settings.
